Major Annual Crypto Events, Their Organizers, and Plans for 2023

Ice London

ICE London is a global annual B2B exhibition dedicated to the gaming and gambling industry. Centered initially around casinos, the event now caters to the entire gaming spectrum and represents the following sectors of the industry:

• payment systems;
• cybersports; 
• betting;
• online development;
• mobile applications;
• social gaming, etc.

The 2023 event will take place from February 7–9 at the ExCel London exhibition hall in the UK.

Сrypto Expo

An event that annually brings together investors and industry leaders from around the world to discuss business opportunities in the crypto space. In 2023, the event will take place on March 8–9 at the Festival Arena — Dubai Festival City. Among the announced topics:

• The Future of Cryptocurrencies in Asia & Middle East;
• Investor centric Crypto Exchanges in 2023;
• Scope of Institutional Crypto Markets in MENA Region;
• The Path of NFT since its origin;
• Growth of Web 3.0 to New Heights in future;

World Blockchain Summit 

World Blockchain Summit is a series of events around the world, uniting important participants of the blockchain industry and cryptocurrency market. In 2023, WBS has nine scheduled meetings — in London, Indonesia, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, and Vietnam, among others.

The next summit will be held on March 20–21 in Dubai. It seeks to gather investors, representatives of blockchain companies, crypto exchanges, government agencies, and FinTech industry leaders to discuss the future of the industry and find innovative ways to develop it.

Paris Blockchain Week 

Paris Blockchain Week is Europe’s largest event dedicated to blockchain and digital assets, held regularly in the French capital. This year, during the week from March 20–24, participants will have the opportunity to participate in exclusive meetings, seminars, dinners, and parties at the best venues in the city. In addition, a large-scale conference and hackathon for developers are planned. Particular attention should be paid to Paris Blockchain Week Summit, the week’s flagship event, to which more than 240 speakers and 4,000 participants are invited. 

Sigma 

SiGMA is an event with years of experience dedicated to iGaming, affiliate marketing, FinTech, and MedTech technologies. This year, the organizers have planned four international summits: 

• Sigma Eurasia; 
• Sigma Americas; 
• Sigma Asia; 
• Sigma Balkans & CIS. 

In addition, in 2023, the SiGMA Group is entering four new markets — Kenya, Brazil, Manila, and Cyprus. The events in Kenya, Brazil, and Cyprus will be closed, allowing visitors to focus on more exclusive communication. 

The next Sigma Eurasia international exhibition will be held in Dubai from March 13-16. Collision 

Collision is one of the world’s largest technology conferences, including FinTech innovations. Every year, visitors receive extensive networking opportunities and access to exclusive content. 

In 2023, Collision will take place in Toronto from June 26-29. More than 40,000 attendees will be immersed in a high-tech atmosphere for four days. They’ll enjoy hands-on workshops, presentations, and discussions on key industry topics that range from cryptocurrencies and digital media to music, politics, and culture.

Blockchain Expo

Blockchain Expo North America is an annual conference and exhibition dedicated to the latest innovations in blockchain technology. This year’s event will take place on May 17–18 at the Santa Clara Convention Center, USA. Leading digital technology experts will share innovative strategies for implementing successful blockchain projects and the technologies and approaches needed to increase customer engagement and develop a digital culture.

Bitcoin2023

Bitcoin2023 is an annual conference celebrating the technological advances and financial expansion surrounding Bitcoin. About 30,000 people attended the Bitcoin 2022 conference in Miami, a city rapidly becoming a major global center for cryptocurrency finance. The 2023 conference will take place in Miami from May 18 to 20 and promises to be the most significant event ever dedicated to the first cryptocurrency.

Next Blockchain Expo

Next Blockchain Expo is Europe’s largest blockchain festival, which has been held since 2016 and highlights Web 3.0 startups. This year’s show will finally return to an offline format and will bring together investors, founders, and CEOs of cryptocurrency companies, developers, and blockchain experts in Warsaw from May 24–25. The conference will feature speakers such as:

Money20/20 

This is a series of global events where representatives of technology giants and promising startups gather to discuss topical industry issues and make business connections. For the past decade, Money20/20 has fostered innovation in payments and financial services, and 2023 will be no exception. The conference will take place in Amsterdam from June 6–8 and will bring together the biggest brands in the cryptocurrency sector and leading representatives of the FinTech community under one roof.

Token2049

Token2049 is an annual crypto event where media representatives, investors, developers, entrepreneurs, and heads of leading Web3 companies gather to discuss global developments in the cryptocurrency ecosystem and the prospects of its development. This year’s event will be held September 13–14 in Singapore and will be the flagship event of Asia Crypto Week.

WEB Summit

It is the world’s premier high-tech conference from the organizers of Web Summit Rio in Rio de Janeiro, Collision in Toronto, and RISE in Hong Kong. The event will once again bring together more than 70,000 participants to determine the technology industry’s future. 

From November 13–16 in Lisbon at the Altice Arena & Fil, invited experts will hold workshops and roundtables with leaders from all areas related to technology. The key topics will be:

• innovations in business;

• evolution of finance; 
• marketing; 
• sustainability; 
• SaaS and more.

Future Blockchain Summit

It is the sixth Future Blockchain Summit conference. The event is supported by the government initiative Smart Dubai and aims to turn Dubai into the world’s blockchain capital. From 17–20 October, blockchain technology experts, business leaders, developers, and entrepreneurs will once again gather at the Dubai World Trade Centre to exchange ideas, best practices, and business communication.
