Cypherpunk Week 2026

Cypherpunk Week is a series of independent events focused on privacy, cryptography, digital freedom, and open-source technologies. The initiatives are coordinated by the CryptoCanal community.

The event’s main topics include:

  • privacy and digital rights;
  • cryptography and information security;
  • decentralized technologies;
  • blockchain and Web3;
  • open source and digital public goods;
  • peer-to-peer payments and digital money.

Several flagship events will take place during Cypherpunk Week:

  • Common S3nse, a two-day conference and hackathon focused on privacy, security, and decentralized technologies;
  • DashCon 2026, a conference dedicated to digital money, instant payments, and the development of open payment systems;
  • Solana Startup Village, an educational and networking hub for students, developers, and startups building within the Solana ecosystem;
  • Web3Privacy Now Meetup, a community gathering focused on privacy-enhancing technologies and digital rights.

Cypherpunk Week is designed for developers, researchers, activists, members of the open-source community, information security professionals, Web3 founders, and anyone who supports the principles of privacy, decentralization, and digital freedom. The week’s agenda includes conferences, workshops, meetups, hackathons, panel discussions, and other community-led initiatives.

Each event within Cypherpunk Week 2026 sets its own registration requirements and ticket pricing. Attendees must register separately for each event they wish to attend. Some events are free to attend, while others require paid tickets or advance registration.
