In February, Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, will host representatives of the FinTech industry from around the world as part of Stockholm Fintech Week 2024. The event will be held for the sixth time and is now one of the largest financial tech events in Europe.
Stockholm Fintech Week 2024 will feature various thematic activities from February 12-16. The key event is the conference, which will take place on February 14-15. The program includes expert presentations, panel discussions, and informal fireside chats with the participation of global industry leaders.
Topics to be discussed at the event include:
- Web3 technologies;
- embedded finance;
- regulation and RegTech;
- global financial and payment technologies;
- cybersecurity and combating financial crime;
- AI use cases in the FinTech industry, etc.
The announced participants are:

- Thomas Peeters, Head of Europe North at SWIFT;
- Lana Brandorne, Fintech & New Sales, Nordics & Baltics at Mastercard, Co-Founder of Stockholm Fintech;

More than 200 startups are expected to participate in various activities, and the event organizers are preparing to welcome a total of 1,200 visitors. The ticket price is SEK 2,700 (~€240) for startup reps and SEK 4,200 (~€373) for everyone else, if purchased before February 12.
