Women in Tech Summit is the largest event in Europe dedicated to women in technology, organized by the Perspektywy Education Foundation in partnership with over 100 leading tech companies and universities.

The central theme of the summit is NEW ENERGY, highlighting the role of energy as a driver of technological progress, sustainability, and innovation. The agenda will focus on the following key areas:

• Human-centric technology
• Future of work
• Robotics
• Heavy industry
• Biotechnology
• Responsible AI

The summit is expected to bring together over 10,000 participants from more than 80 countries. It targets students, professionals, industry leaders, and C-level executives, as well as representatives of global tech companies and academic institutions. The program features a large-scale career fair, networking opportunities, and career consultations. More than 400 speakers will take the stage across five tracks. The agenda also includes over 50 workshops and 500 one-on-one mentoring sessions, alongside an exhibition area with more than 100 company and university booths.

In addition, the summit will host thematic zones and side events, including research seminars, educational workshops, meetings with industry leaders, and the finals of mentoring and scholarship programs. A highlight of the event is the gala ceremony recognizing outstanding women in technology fields.

The summit offers several participation formats:

• An online ticket costs approximately PLN 290 (~$80) and provides access to the full two-day program via the event platform, a virtual career fair, and session recordings available for three months.
• An in-person ticket is priced at PLN 990 (~$270) and includes access to all summit venues, the career zone, mentoring activities, and special events.

Students in technical and IT-related fields can apply for free participation.
