Circle Internet Group, the issuer of the USDC stablecoin and a developer of blockchain infrastructure for the financial sector, unveiled the first Arc validators and outlined integrations with leading global financial market participants. The network is currently operating in testnet, where more than 100 institutional and ecosystem participants have already connected.
The initial Arc validator set includes:
- BlackRock
- DTCC
- Galaxy
- Global Payments
- ICE
- Mastercard
- MoneyGram
- SBI Group

According to Circle, network security will be maintained by the financial institutions that use Arc’s infrastructure for their own products and services. The company said this approach is intended to meet the highest standards for reliability, scalability, and regulatory compliance required by financial market infrastructure.
Circle also announced progress on several major integration initiatives^

- In the second half of 2027, the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) plans to enable tokenized assets held at the Depository Trust Company (DTC) to be used in third party applications on the Arc network, with settlement in stablecoins outside DTC’s infrastructure.
- BlackRock, BNY, DTCC, and Standard Chartered are evaluating a range of use cases for the network, including settlement of tokenized asset transactions, digital asset custody, stablecoin access, foreign exchange transactions, and repo trading.
By the time the public mainnet launches, the Arc ecosystem is expected to include services from leading digital asset market participants, including:

- Stablecoin payment providers. Rain, Thunes, and Wirex will use Arc to route stablecoin payments and settlements, including card payments, regulated consumer platforms, and cross-border payments.
- Crypto exchanges and wallet providers. Binance Wallet, Chainlink, Fireblocks, Kraken, Ledger, MetaMask, Uniswap Labs, and Upbit will provide access to USDC on Arc, along with secure custody and cross-chain digital asset transfers.
Alongside the mainnet launch, Circle plans to introduce a suite of application development products for Arc, including:
- A framework for building on-chain services
- AI powered tools for smart contract development
- Solutions for issuing and managing tokenized real world assets (RWAs)
- Developer and user interfaces for the Arc ecosystem
