In 2025, representatives of the corporate sector become the largest buyers of BTC — in total, business entities have invested approximately $16 billion in the first cryptocurrency since the beginning of the year.

The company purchased approximately 121,000 BTC, accounting for 77% of all corporate purchases in 2025.

Max Krupyshev, CEO of CoinsPaid, previously noted that BTC can be considered a hedge asset and a tool for reducing dependence on traditional financial instruments while diversifying reserves. “Any state could implement this initiative if it sees strategic value in doing so,” Max commented.
Bitcoin is considered a reserve asset in the EU and in twenty U.S. states. Authorities in New Hampshire have already officially approved the creation of a strategic Bitcoin reserve.
