CryptoProcessing by Coinspaid Brings POS Infrastructure for Crypto Payments

CryptoProcessing by Coinspaid began implementing POS solutions with the technology of Flowgate for accepting cryptocurrencies in physical stores across Estonia. This new payment suite enables retailers to accept multiple cryptocurrencies with instant conversion and EUR settlement via SEPA/SWIFT.
CryptoProcessing by Coinspaid, Europe’s largest crypto payment provider, announced the launch of a closed pilot of POS infrastructure rollout for offline retail based on the Flowgate payment solutions bundle. It is currently being introduced to a limited number of merchants. The first hardware installation is scheduled to take place in Kuldan jewelry boutiques.
The system allows customers to pay for goods using multiple cryptocurrencies, while merchants can choose their preferred settlement format. The solution supports payouts in euros to a bank account via SEPA or SWIFT, as well as direct settlement in crypto to a wallet. Conversion is performed instantly, reducing volatility risks for businesses. All transactions are final and don’t allow chargebacks. Payment confirmation and settlement are available 24/7.
Integration is available in various formats — via traditional POS terminals, SoftPOS, QR payments, or API connection to existing checkout systems. This approach enables crypto acceptance to be implemented in a single store or across multi-location retail networks without restructuring existing processes. The pricing model depends on turnover and offers reduced fees as transaction volumes grow.
According to Vadzim Nikifarau, POS Business Manager at Coinspaid, 85% of merchants view cryptocurrency as a tool for attracting new audiences. He noted that deploying POS solutions in the offline segment is intended to open an additional sales channel for businesses and expand their customer base.
Martin Petukhov, General Manager at Kuldan, emphasized that the luxury segment has traditionally been one of the pioneers in adopting crypto payments. According to him, integrating POS infrastructure is expected to provide several advantages, including the absence of chargebacks, high transaction speed, and compliance alignment.
CryptoProcessing by Coinspaid is a licensed payment infrastructure provider in Estonia and applies AML/KYC procedures when onboarding clients, as well as conducting ongoing transaction risk assessments. All payments within the network are verifiable and traceable.
The integration of POS solutions in offline retail reflects CryptoProcessing by Coinspaid’s strategic focus on building a payment ecosystem that combines traditional and decentralized financial models. Previously, the company integrated support for Arbitrum and Base to accelerate and reduce the cost of crypto payments, added support for the Polygon blockchain, enabled direct invoice payments via MetaMask and Trust Wallet, and expanded its stablecoin lineup by adding EURC.
