Dinari Launches Tokenized S&P Digital Markets 50 Index

Dinari is launching a tokenized index that combines shares of leading U.S. publicly traded blockchain companies and major digital assets. The project’s transparency and data reliability will be ensured through Chainlink.
Dinari, a company specializing in the tokenization of U.S. equities and exchange-traded funds (ETF), announced a partnership with Chainlink to tokenize the S&P Digital Markets 50 Index. Developed in collaboration with S&P Dow Jones Indices, the new index will include 35 stocks of companies implementing blockchain technologies and 15 major crypto-assets. The project’s scheduled to launch in Q4 2025.
Using Chainlink’s technology, real-time, verified on-chain data on prices and index performance will be provided, giving investors transparent and trustworthy insights. Following the launch, Dinari plans to tokenize the index through its dShares system, enabling investors to access both traditional and digital markets in a single instrument.
The dShares system ensures 1:1 tokenization of each stock with actual backing and custody held by a regulated custodian. Token holders retain all economic rights to the underlying assets, including dividends and redemption at market value.
Through this system, Dinari has already tokenized over 200 U.S. public equities and financial instruments, providing investors in 85 countries with access to these assets.
According to Gabe Otte, CEO and Co-Founder of Dinari, integrating Chainlink and S&P DJI solutions allows the transparency and reliability standards of traditional finance to be brought into the tokenized asset space. Fernando Vazquez, President of Capital Markets at Chainlink Labs, stated that the project marks the beginning of a new era for institutional indices operating directly within blockchain ecosystems.
Cameron Drinkwater, Chief Product & Operations Officer at S&P DJI, emphasized that the use of Chainlink’s decentralized oracles ensures data integrity and reliable system interoperability when the index is introduced to the market.
This announcement follows news of FTSE Russell indices being deployed within the blockchain ecosystem, also facilitated by Chainlink.
