The first IT HighRise meet-up was held on December 9 at Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Hotel in Tbilisi and gathered over 100 participants.
IT HighRise, organized by the CoinsPaid and CoinsPaid Media teams, took place in Tbilisi and gathered the Georgian IT community under one roof for one evening. Representatives of almost all specialties attended the event. The attendees listened to the speeches of the invited speakers and asked their questions during the presentations and while enjoying live music, drinks, and refreshments.
Ilya Kaznacheev from InfraPulse covered architectural solutions for building distributed systems. Alexey Goncharuk, CTO at Querify Labs, talked about transaction coordination in distributed databases. Cyril Cermak from Porsche gave a high-level overview of the iOS mobile architecture.
