Neuberger Launches Multichain Tokenized High-Yield Bond Fund

Investment manager Neuberger is entering the tokenized real-world asset (RWA) market with Securitize, launching a high-yield bond fund across 4 public blockchain networks.

Neuberger, an independent investment manager with $613 billion in assets under management, announced the launch of the Neuberger Securitize High Income Tokenized Fund (HINC), a tokenized fund that invests in high-yield bonds and other fixed-income instruments. Tokenization infrastructure provider Securitize serves as the fund’s investment adviser and technology partner.

This marks Neuberger’s first role as a subadviser to a tokenized fund. The company will provide portfolio management and fixed-income research expertise. HINC’s strategy focuses on generating attractive risk-adjusted returns. The fund will invest in:

  • high-yield bonds;
  • collateralized loan obligations (CLOs);
  • leveraged loans.

Neuberger will manage HINC using its fixed-income platform, which has more than $230 billion in assets under management. The company will be responsible for the strategy’s investment expertise and research.

Tokenized shares of HINC were issued on the Avalanche, Ethereum, Solana, and Sui blockchain networks. According to Securitize co-founder and CEO Carlos Domingo, the multichain structure gives eligible investors access to the strategy across 4 major public blockchain networks through Securitize’s regulated infrastructure.

SEC-registered Securitize Capital LLC serves as HINC’s investment adviser. Securitize Markets LLC will handle the sale of fund shares. Other entities within the group will provide tokenization, fund administration, and related operational services.

HINC is available to eligible accredited investors and qualified purchasers. Investors must complete the Securitize platform onboarding process, pass KYC/AML checks, and meet applicable jurisdictional restrictions and securities law requirements.

As of July 2026, Securitize’s assets under management exceeded $5 billion. The company develops tokenized investment products with major asset managers, including BlackRock, BNY, and VanEck.
