Rezolve Ai Develops Infrastructure for Blockchain Payments

Rezolve Ai launched a global initiative to build digital settlement infrastructure. At its core is a multi-currency, fee-free blockchain network that enables instant fiat payouts and supports USDT, BTC, and ETH.

Rezolve Ai introduced the global project Digital Currency Initiative, a new payment architecture aimed at integrating digital assets into retail. To accelerate the project, Rezolve acquired Smartpay, a company that already proved effective in the real economy, processing more than 19 million transactions worth over $1 billion in the past 12 months.

The initiative is built on Rezolve Brain Checkout technology, which allows customers to pay with crypto while merchants receive instant fiat payouts. The interaction model proposed by Rezolve Ai eliminates fees and ensures instant value exchange between parties.

The Smartpay network already covers Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Angola, processing tens of millions of stablecoin transactions annually. Thanks to this, Rezolve Ai gained a strong foundation for developing digital payments in Latin America and Africa, with future plans to expand services to North America, Europe, and Asia.

The development of the Digital Currency Initiative will be led by Smartpay Founder Rocelo Lopes, one of Latin America’s leading experts in digital assets. His mission is to bring the fee-free payment model to the global level.

Rezolve Ai CEO Daniel M. Wagner emphasized that the company’s goal is to merge blockchain technologies with everyday retail, providing merchants with a fast and cost-effective way to accept digital assets.

The press release notes that the new payment framework will also serve as the basis for further development of Rezolve Ai’s Agentic Commerce concept, in which AI acts as an autonomous agent capable of finding products, comparing offers, and executing transactions using digital assets.
