Under the new initiative, Toyota Finance will handle investor interactions throughout the process, including applications, communications during the holding period, and the distribution of related benefits.

Tokenized bondholders will be eligible for additional benefits from Toyota. The program includes:

  • additional TOYOTA Wallet credits when purchasing Toyota and Lexus vehicles, subject to the program’s terms.

The company will provide detailed terms for the benefits after the bond issuance through TOYOTA Wallet notifications and email.
