The annual Canada Crypto Week in Toronto, organized by Untraceable Events, will consist of 45+ different events for the Web3 community in 2023. It’s a one-stop platform for networking, exchanging knowledge, and collaborations that will allow businesses, developers, academics, and ordinary enthusiasts to make business and personal connections among the cryptocurrency community.
The centerpiece of Canada Crypto Week is the Blockchain Futurist Conference, now in its fifth year. Most of the week’s events are planned within the conference. Other Crypto Week events include:
- XRPL Toronto Meetup — a gathering of XRP Ledger enthusiasts and developers;
- DeFi Associate — a workshop on the basic concepts of decentralized finance and its features;
- ETHToronto — a three-day hackathon that will be held in online and offline formats and bring together blockchain developers from around the world to work together;
- Crypto Babes Toronto — a meet-up for women that will recognize the achievements of the female side of the cryptocurrency community;
- ETHWomen — the first-ever hackathon for women to showcase their talents in Web3 product development;
- Blockchain Futurist Conference in the Metaverse — an online event that will take place in virtual space;
- The Future Is Wild — an exhibition of NFT art;
- Kids Blockchain & AI — an event for kids, with interactive games, learning competitions, and an interactive NFT Lego Building workshop for kids and their parents;
- Bootcamp for Beginners — a workshop on building and improving your own generative AI application.
Many other events are planned during Canada Crypto Week, including, for example, private roundtables for investors and industry leaders, Women’s Breakfast planned by female Web3 organizations, a morning 5K run, and the closing of the festival at Cabana Pool Bar.
