SBC Summit Barcelona 2022, scheduled for September 20-22, promises to be the largest of its kind ever. CoinsPaid Media talked to the summit organizers to get the details.
SBC Summit Barcelona is a three-day conference dedicated to betting and gambling, offering an exhibition of the latest developments in the digital gambling industry. This year’s event is completely free of COVID-19 restrictions and will welcome 200 exhibitors, nearly 400 speakers, and 6,000 delegates to Barcelona.
The exhibition hall will be divided into five zones: sports betting, casino & iGaming, affiliate marketing & media, payments & compliance, and emerging tech, blockchain & metaverse. According to the organizers, the main goal this year is to ensure that every industry is represented on the agenda, so the conference program consists of seven stages and eleven tracks.

The event will include the SBC First Pitch competition, where six sports betting and iGaming startups will present their product to investors and industry leaders. Poker legend Molly Bloom will speak at the SBC Summit Barcelona with a keynote speech and host the charity poker championship. And the SBC Awards 2022 ceremony will be held on the final night.
“Essentially, the SBC Awards is the ultimate recognition of excellence in the sports betting and iGaming industry. This year we will award winners in 45 categories: operators, affiliates, vendors, and leaders who are taking the industry by storm. Our independent panel of judges has already selected the short-listed companies, so it remains to be seen which ones will take home the desired awards. The ceremony will take place in a very unusual venue, the magnificent Palau Nacional. Furthermore, two celebrities will be present — Gaizka Mendieta, former soccer star of Valencia, Lazio, Barcelona, and Middlesbrough, and TV host Kirsty Gallacher will co-host the awards ceremony.
