Blockchain.RIO 2026 is an international conference focused on the development of the institutional Web3 ecosystem in Latin America. The event is organized by the Blockchain.RIO team.
The conference agenda centers on the institutional digital asset market and financial infrastructure. Participants will discuss:

- Academia-Industry Forum, a forum dedicated to collaboration between academia and industry. It will showcase blockchain research and explore how academic innovations can be applied to address practical challenges across the industry.
- LFDT, an educational program for entrepreneurs developed in partnership with the Brazilian Micro and Small Business Support Service. It is designed for entrepreneurs, small business owners, and startups, and includes practical materials, tools, and case studies on implementing blockchain technology and digital assets.
According to the organizers, Blockchain.RIO 2026 will bring together more than 20,000 attendees, over 500 speakers, more than 500 company executives, representatives of regulatory authorities and industry leaders, as well as participants from more than 20 countries. The event is geared toward corporate executives, financial institutions, government agencies, regulators, investors, project founders, developers, and digital infrastructure providers interested in the growth of Latin America’s crypto market.
