ETHDenver is one of the world’s largest festivals for crypto innovation, featuring a major hackathon focused on developing Web3 apps and services within the Ethereum ecosystem. In 2025, the event expects over 25,000 participants, and since its inception in 2018, ETHDenver has attracted more than 95,000 attendees from 125 countries, including all 50 U.S. states.

The event is divided into three main phases: 

  1. #BUIDLWeek (February 23–26). Technical presentations, educational workshops, mini summits, networking events, and parties.
  2. Main event (February 27 – March 2). Keynote speeches, panel discussions, workshops, and the selection of 15 winners from the #BUIDLathon hackathon, who will showcase their projects.
  3. Mountain retreat (March 3–7). A community getaway in Breckenridge, Colorado with skiing and networking opportunities in an informal setting.

ETHDenver’s main stage will feature representatives from various areas of the Web3 industry. Confirmed speakers include:

  • Adeniyi Abiodun, Co-Founder and CEO of Mysten Labs;
  • Albert Chon, Co-Founder of Injective Labs;
  • Alex Gluchowski, Co-Founder of zkSync, Co-Founder and CEO of Matter Labs;
  • Alice Liu, Head of Research at CoinMarketCap;
  • Alison Haire, Founder and CEO of Lilypad Network;
  • Andrew Koller, Founder of Ink;
  • Aneri Amin, Product Lead at Base (Coinbase).

In addition to the main program, ETHDenver will host numerous side events, offering attendees extra opportunities for learning, networking, and collaboration. Some of the most exciting ones include:

  • Restaking & DeFAI Day. A developer-focused event featuring talks, workshops, and panel discussions on restaking and decentralized AI.
  • Meme Combat. A gathering for meme culture enthusiasts exploring the role of memes in crypto culture.
  • House of Ink. An NFT-focused event connecting artists and digital art enthusiasts.
  • The ETH Table. A discussion platform for Ethereum development topics.
  • On-Chain Gaming Hacker House. Dedicated to on-chain games and developers.
  • Encode Denver Modular DeFi Hackathon. A hackathon focused on modular DeFi solutions.
  • ML + AI, DeFAI Cowork And Panels. An event focused on machine learning, neural networks, and decentralized AI.
  • Tokenized Capital Summit 2025. A summit covering capital tokenization and the future of financial technology.

The price of a standard ticket to ETHDenver is $599, with VIP passes starting at $1,500. Admission to the event is free for SporkDAO members.
