Binance summarizes six years of activity and invites members of the local cryptocurrency community to a celebration in Tbilisi.
Binance has evolved into the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem and the largest crypto infrastructure provider in six years of operation. On the eve of its sixth anniversary, Binance summarizes some of the results of its activities. Here are the numbers:
- 11.5 million users of the Binance Pay payment system in 70 countries;
- 11.9 million users of the Binance Earn service;
- 2.4 million Binance Card users;
- 3.8 million sales via the Binance NFT service;
- 18.8 million active subscribers in social networks of Binance projects;
- $28 million raised in crypto through the Binance Charity service;
- 39 million requests from Binance Academy users;
- 140 million users of the Binance crypto exchange.
Among other things, Binance ranked as the leading cryptocurrency ecosystem in Georgia. Binance opened a regional blockchain hub, launched a partnership with crypto payment gateway CityPay, established strategic cooperation with Georgia’s Innovation and Technology Agency (GITA), and signed memorandums of understanding with five local universities. A large-scale educational initiative was also launched, with funds allocated to organize Web3 education for women.
Three big meet-ups and a BNB Chain hackathon were held for the local community. Binance’s mobile app and website were rolled out in the Georgian language. All these activities resulted in Binance’s Georgian social media audience growing from 0 to 10,500 people, with over 2,000 of them attending events. Therefore, the company is planning a grand celebration for its sixth anniversary as part of the Building Together campaign. The event will include networking with regional Binance executives and educational and entertainment components. Guests will receive memorable gifts.
The celebration will be held on July 14, 2023, at the Expo Georgia #11 Pavilion, 18 Akaki Tsereteli Ave. The event will start at 6 pm. Attendance is free, but you need to register in advance and show a QR code at the entrance. The number of tickets is limited.
