SOFTSWISS won the SiGMA Africa Awards for exemplary responsible gaming measures that promote the safety of iGaming product users and set industry standards for accountability.
The SOFTSWISS team, a leading provider of technical solutions for the iGaming industry, was recognized by the SiGMA Africa Awards expert jury and won in the Responsible Gaming 2024 category.
The award directly resulted from the team’s commitment to meeting the industry standard of accountability and ensuring the safe iGaming space for players and operators.
The Managed Services solution, a unique tool to combat fraud and prevent suspicious activity, was developed specifically for this purpose. The solution uses machine learning algorithms to analyze and predict potential problems, ensuring the security of the iGaming industry in real time.
According to Artyom Rudakov, Head of SOFTSWISS Managed Services, in 2023, the team addressed more than 100,000 technical errors and over 200 player complaints. The solution allowed iGaming operators to save more than €13 million for the year and avoid the possibility of fraud.
This year, SOFTSWISS was recognized by the prestigious EGR Nordics Awards and SPiCE South Asia Eventus Awards 2024. Participation in the SiGMA Africa 2024 conference is a strategic step for the company in entering the African market.
