The SiGMA Americas 2023 conference ended the other day with an awards ceremony for leaders in the iGaming industry. SOFTSWISS received one of the prizes.
São Paulo, the financial center of Brazil, held the SiGMA Americas conference from June 14 to 18, 2023 together with the Brazilian iGaming Summit. The conference also included the SiGMA Americas Awards 2023, a ceremony to recognize leaders in the iGaming industry.
The winner in the Platform Provider of the Year category was SOFTSWISS, a leading provider of software for the iGaming industry. The company was awarded for its online casino platform — modular software for managing player accounts, payment providers, game providers, reporting, analytics, and other aspects of online casino operations.
SiGMA Americas is one of the biggest iGaming events, attracting the attention of industry leaders from all over the world. During the conference, opinion leaders, experts, business executives, and other community members shared their experiences, networked, and showcased their products. In total, there were approximately 250 top-level exhibitors at the 16,000-square-meter venue.
Presentations and panel discussions covered such topics as:
- responsible gambling;
- gambling advertising;
- financial technologies;
- legislative regulation and others.
The entertainment part of the event included parties, closed dinners, and even an MMA tournament. The program of events also included such an unusual experience as a walk in the Jaragua National Park along a trail through the Brazilian Atlantic Forest.
Among others, FinTech companies and payment service providers presented their products. In particular, the Cryptoprocessing by CoinsPaid booth was present at Transamerica, and the company was nominated in the category Crypto Payment Solution of the Year, but the jury chose another nominee. However, CoinsPaid recently won another big award, the EGR B2B Awards 2023, in the Cryptocurrency Services Supplier category.
