One ECTS credit corresponds to 25–30 hours of study, including lectures, seminars, independent study, and exam preparation. This system allows for easy transfer and recognition of student achievements between universities in different European countries.

According to Rino Borini, Co-Founder of crypto academy CCFE and future course instructor, CAS Bitcoin Economics will academically expand the topic, promoting Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general. In his opinion, this course format is absolutely unique in Europe.
