USDT and PayPal USD Holders Can Fund Transfers in Their Own Names Without Depositing Stablecoins With Stable.com

Stable.com Expands to Polygon Open Money Stack, Enabling Users to Fund Bank Transfers Directly From Stablecoins

SAN FRANCISCO, September 17, 2026: Unlimit and Polygon Labs today announced that Stable.com, Unlimit’s financial platform, has expanded to Polygon Open Money Stack, allowing businesses and individuals to use USDT or PayPal USD (PYUSD) held in self-custody wallets on Polygon to initiate bank transfers directly in their own names, without first depositing those assets into a custodial account. Unlike most stablecoin-to-bank services, which require users to move their funds to the platform processing the payment, the Stable.com integration allows Polygon users to transact directly from their wallets and retain control of their assets throughout the transaction.

Stable.com is a full-service financial platform built around a single global account with local payment details, combining multi-currency balances, cards and treasury management with access to tokenised assets and non-custodial DeFi across multiple blockchain networks. The launch connects self-custodied stablecoins on Polygon with Stable.com’s full range of financial services and Unlimit’s payment network, which reaches more than 180 countries and supports payouts in more than 150 currencies.

Polygon Open Money Stack is a payments infrastructure layer that brings together blockchain settlement, fiat on- and off-ramps, embedded wallets and cross-chain orchestration in a single stack. Polygon has processed more than 8 billion cumulative transactions.

“People should not have to surrender control of their assets simply because they want to send money to a bank account,” said Marc Boiron, CEO of Polygon Labs. “Stable.com gives USDT and PYUSD holders a direct route from their Polygon wallets to the payment systems people already use. This is the connection between onchain money and everyday financial services that Polygon Open Money Stack was built to support.”

“The future of finance will not be divided between traditional and digital systems,” said Kirill Eves, Founder and CEO of Unlimit. “People and businesses will expect money to move freely across currencies, accounts and blockchain networks without having to navigate the infrastructure behind them. Adding Polygon advances our vision for Stable.com: one place to manage money, regardless of the currency, asset or network underneath it.”

About Polygon Open Money Stack

Polygon Open Money Stack is integrated infrastructure for companies building stablecoin-powered payments products. Through a single API, companies can access fiat on- and off-ramps, wallets, custody, settlement, currency conversion, payouts, and cross-chain capabilities.

Polygon Open Money Stack is designed to solve the infrastructure surrounding a stablecoin transaction: getting money onchain, holding and moving it securely, converting it into the currency a recipient needs and delivering it into the existing financial system. By bringing those capabilities together, Polygon aims to make stablecoin payments easier for financial institutions, fintechs and payment companies to integrate into products their customers already use.
